Customer Support Representative
As a member of the TSD Support Call Center, the Customer Support Representative provides superior telephone and email customer support in an ACD setting. The software suite offered by the company includes traditional client/server applications, web based applications and portal applications. Widely acknowledged as number one in this industry since our inception over 25 years ago, TSD customers include franchise and independent organizations, both domestic and international, as well as Fortune 500 companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Working within the Support Services team, provide application support to TSD customers via telephone and email, conduct new customer training and implementation and complete new customers’ forms development, customizing the software to print within the customers’ current agreement form.
• Document each contact within TSD’s CRM system, noting issue, contact information and resolution.
• Explain application functionality, assisting customers to increase their own knowledge of our robust and comprehensive software.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve navigation, software usage, and/or system and connectivity issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist new customers with software implementation process, coordinating with 3rd party vendors as required.
• Conduct on-line/on-site training classes for TSD customers
• Conduct training classes for TSD staff as required
• Complete forms customization for new customers and existing customers with forms changes, ensuring that TSD software prints the accurate information in the correct field.
• Participate in this group’s role as the liaison between our customer base and Development, reporting enhancement requests and design issues as they arise.
• Treat each TSD customer with respect and courtesy, ensuring customer satisfaction with TSD products and services
Qualifications:
• BS/BA Degree
• 1+ years of application support experience
• Experience with database queries, updates and relationships a must (SQL)
• Proficiency with Windows-based software, internet applications
• Excellent customer service, communications, analytical and follow-up skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Bilingual a plus
