Thrifty Car Rental System has approved TSD RENTAL for Thrifty licensees, including Caribbean and Latin America!
Thrifty selected TSD following an extensive review of TSD operations, including TSD RENTAL Management Software features, customer help-desk services, franchise reservation links, marketing data collection processes, management reporting, information security systems and on-going product development. A high level of customer satisfaction was reported from Thrifty operations already using TSD.
Since January of 2004, TSD has added approximately 250 Thrifty users to its list of clients, including franchisees from Maryland, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas and Washington. As part of the approval process, TSD and Thrifty signed a service level agreement. All Thrifty licensees will receive the full scope of products and services available that are consistent with their needs.
Some of the services available to Thrifty franchisees are:
- Toll-free support seven days a week (24 hours a day for ASP users)
- High-speed connection to Thrifty reservation services
- Secure information transfer, storage and backup on the TSD ASP farm.
