Successful TRAC Departments understand the value the TRAC experience can bring to the entire Toyota Dealership, increasing the number of potential Dealership customers and maximizing Dealership revenue.

 

TRAC activity peaks interest in the Toyota brand in many ways, with the most tangible leads communicated via the survey information at the close of the rental agreement.

This information is incredibly valuable - from the surveys completed in the months of May through August the following results were found at Modern Toyota:

 

20% of the respondents plan on purchasing a vehicle in the near future

 

83% of them stated the rental experience positively affected their brand preference towards Toyota.

 

20% of those indicating they were purchasing in the near future did not currently own a Toyota Vehicle - a whole new pool of potential sales customers.
