TSD Adds Fuel Consumption Tracking to TSD LOANER Management Software

As gas prices rise and customer expectations continue to make loaner fleets a necessary part of the service department, TSD is providing a method for tracking the fuel expense based on tank size, fuel in and out, and the cost of fuel. TSD LOANER Management Software also provides the ability to calculate a charge for the customer's fuel, which can be added to the RO.

The newest version of TSD LOANER Management Software encompasses a variety of other features as well. Third-party rental agreements can be quickly and automatically tracked, and overdue email notifications can be provided not only for the dealership loaners, but also for those rentals that have become overdue.

TSD LOANER also now allows you to attribute your loaner days to various reasons, such as warranty work, parts, etc. A report can be pulled for any time period to audit the days attributed to each reason, making end-of-month reporting fast and easy. Reorder tracking is another new feature of TSD LOANER. Based on information input by the user, TSD LOANER can report on when vehicles should be reordered so that the fleet can be replenished on schedule.
