TSD and BMW of North America Announce Partnership in Loaner Program.
TSD LOANER Management Software to be Installed in All Participating BMW Centers and MINI Dealerships
(North Andover, MA, June 2006)-TSD, the leading providers of loaner and rental management software, and BMW of North America announced that all BMW centers and MINI dealerships participating in the manufacturer's loaner program will receive TSD LOANER Management Software to manage their loaner fleet. The agreement will benefit over 400 BMW centers and MINI dealerships across North America.
Each center will receive access to a version the popular TSD LOANER Management Software, privately labeled and customized exclusively for BMW of North America. The privately labeled product has been named the BMW Group Alternate Transportation Management Software (ATMS).

In 2005, TSD underwent a successful pilot period with 20 BMW centers nationwide. With positive feedback from the tested centers and a variety of customizations and enhancements to tailor TSD LOANER Management Software to the BMW Service Loaner Program, BMW of North America made the decision to fund the product for all BMW centers and MINI dealerships participating in the Service Loaner Program.
