Sign-Up Paperwork
In order to begin training on ATMS, you must submit the paperwork below. All paperwork can be faxed to 978-794-1455 or emailed to sales@tsd-inc.com.
If you have questions regarding this information, please call 800-743-1200 and ask to speak to the BMW Coordination Team. They can assist you in filling out this information.

The following document should be printed and used as a guide to your implementation process. Please fill out the checklist as you go along to ensure that your center is on-track with the BMW implementation process.
Ordering Forms and Printers
In order to begin using ATMS, you will need to order forms, printers, or both so that you can print legal agreements from the software. Please download the PDF below to determine what your center's needs are. If you have questions or need assistance with your order, call ATMS Support at 800-697-1492.
Please note that you should decide on and order your forms right away. If you are a NOT a PDP-participant, you will need to call ATMS Support at 800-697-1492 to inform them which form you choose.
If you have a network managed by your DMS-provider, please be sure to inform them that you will be making these changes, as it may often take time to get the changes implemented.

ATMS training is available at no charge. All BMW customers are required to complete all training sessions. The training center, which also has current training schedules, is located at the following link:
